Return and Refund Policy
RETURNS
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Frozen goods
All frozen goods are packed and shipped inside a cool packaging material and come with multiple non-toxic food-grade frozen gel ice packs. We will try to ship all perishable items as fresh as possible. We are not responsible for any courier issues that are beyond our control. All frozen items are shipped PRIORITY MAIL AND INSURED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT. If for any reason, there is a delay, please open a CLAIM THROUGH the COURIER'S Website for refund. We want to assure you that your order has been dispatched, and all packages were sent out promptly. However, due to the increased volume of shipments and the busy holiday season, the tracking information on the USPS website may not have been updated as quickly as usual. To provide you with the most up-to-date information, we recommend checking the tracking details again in the next 24-48 hours. If you still encounter any issues or have concerns about your order, please don't hesitate to reach out. For any issues or to return FROZEN ITEMS, we asked that you refreeze the products before shipping it back to our Warehouse for inspection. Please ensure that everything have ice packs and inside thermal packaging. Refund will be processed after all items has been inspected. We currently don't ship to the following States ( Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.Colorado)

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
